Services may include automation, private AI deployment, and data-driven insights.

If you are using OSMBEN on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
OSMBEN is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Prices are listed on our website and may vary by plan.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted at OSMBEN’s discretion for technical failures or accidental double charges.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

7. Data Privacy and Security

We take confidentiality and data sovereignty seriously.
All customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
You retain full ownership of your input data and outputs generated by your AI agents.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content provided by OSMBEN are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or resell our services without written permission.

You agree not to use OSMBEN services to:

  • Generate or distribute harmful, malicious, or illegal content,
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems.

10. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may cause temporary downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

OSMBEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically.
The latest version will always be available on our website with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Colorado.
