2. Subscription Payments

OSMBEN operates on a recurring subscription model (monthly or annual), billed automatically through our payment processor Stripe.
All prices and billing terms are displayed clearly before checkout.

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No automatic prorated refunds are issued for unused time or early cancellations.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may grant a refund in the following specific cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
  2. Accidental Renewal: You forgot to cancel before renewal and contact us within 7 days of renewal.
  3. Technical Failure: You experienced verified service downtime or inability to access core features due to a system fault on our end.
  4. Service Misrepresentation: The service delivered materially differed from what was described at the time of purchase.

Refund requests outside these conditions will not generally be granted.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our billing team within 7 days of the charge by emailing billing@osmben.net or contact@osmben.net with the following details:

  • Account email
  • Payment reference or invoice ID
  • Reason for refund request

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
  • Refunds will only be made in the same currency as the original transaction.

6. No Refunds for:

  • Partial months or unused subscription periods
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party integrations or user actions
  • Beta, discounted, or promotional accounts
  • Custom development or one-time setup fees

All changes will be posted on our website with the latest Effective Date.
